Michelle Toledo is a consummate fashion industry executive with expertise in strategy, operations and transformation. Her career has included key leadership roles at iconic global brands, such as David Yurman, Coach, and American Eagle Outfitters. Most recently, Michelle was COO at French-Filipino pearl farming and jewelry brand, Jewelmer. In this role, she led the expansion of the brand into new market segments in the midst of a global pandemic.
The hallmark of Michelle’s career has been her ability to deliver sustainable, profitable growth through a wide range of high-impact cross-functional transformation initiatives. In diverse settings, she has uncovered process improvement and business development opportunities to achieve operational excellence.
As the Vice President of Operations and Project Management at David Yurman, Michelle directed strategic corporate programs spanning IT, e-commerce, customer care, product development, logistics, and retail operations. As a Merchant, Michelle led cross-functional teams to build new businesses at Ann Taylor and grow established categories at New York & Company. While at Natori, she managed financial strategies for key accounts as Merchandise Planner. Michelle began her career in the Philippines ultimately in the role of Vice President for The Toledo Group of diversified firms where she oversaw marketing, finance, and operations.
