Ilka is the visionary founder and CEO of the Jordan Alliance Group (JAG), a certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) dedicated to driving transformational change and profitable results through management consulting and learning initiatives within the Fashion Retail Industry.
Beyond her achievements with JAG, Ilka is the founder and CEO of The Alliance Network (T-AN), an empowering platform for entrepreneurs that fosters collaboration and growth through a community built on reciprocity. T-AN connects business owners and innovators across industries to share resources and expertise, unlocking new opportunities. Her vision for the Entrepreneurial Directory, mentorship, and resource exchanges help transform challenges into achievements.
Additionally, Ilka is a trusted real estate advisor and Fractional COO at DEW Investment Group, where she leverages her strategic insight to identify investment opportunities and execute successful renovation projects.

She earned her master's degree in Technology through American InterContinental University (AIU) and her bachelor's degree in Apparel Production Management and Marketing through the Fashion Institute of Technology (FIT). Ilka is a native of Brooklyn and currently resides in Florida with her husband and their two poodles.
