While WOCRA's programming is designed to address the unique challenges faced by women of color in retail, our membership is open to all individuals who support our mission of increasing diversity in retail leadership.
Our programs focus on providing hard and soft skill training, community support, and networking opportunities specifically designed to address the barriers that have led to only 6% of retail leadership roles being held by women of color, despite women making up 60% of the retail workforce.
Absolutely! We believe that by lifting women of color, we lift everyone. Our programming creates allies, fosters inclusive leadership skills, and provides valuable networking opportunities that benefit all participants regardless of their background.
Our membership levels (Junior, Bronze, Silver, Gold) are designed to support members at different stages of their careers, from recent graduates to seasoned executives. Each level offers tailored benefits to help members advance and contribute to closing the leadership gap.
