Women of color must navigate through emotional landmines daily in professional spaces. Terms like "emotional," "aggressive," "angry," and"illogical" represent harmful stereotypes that create a double bind—forcing us to
carefully modulate self-expression to avoid being labeled.

This invisible labor leads to burnout and blocked advancement, highlighting the persistent bias barriers that women of color face in workplace environments. In six 90 minute sessions bi-weekly or twice a month, experience Prioritizing You, Moment, Experiential Discussions, Practical Strategies, and Grounding Activities.

These intimate groups bring together individuals at similar career stages and responsibility levels, creating safe, supportive spaces where peers can openly share challenges, strategies, and victories.

 

Each circle, limited to 8-10 participants, meets virtually bi-monthly for structured discussions that blend professional development with practical problem-solving. Manager and director-level facilitators, who have successfully navigated

similar career paths, bring real-world expertise and cultural understanding to guide conversations ranging from navigating workplace dynamics to mastering operational challenges.
